Ingredients
- 2 ½ pounds sweet potatoes, peeled
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 3–4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
Preparation Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into ½”-thick strips that are about 4″
- Place on a large rimmed stainless steel baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, and salt.
- Sprinkle evenly over the potatoes. Add the oil and toss to coat.
- Place seasoned and oiled sweet potatoes in the oven for 35-45 minutes, depending on how crispy you want them.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite condiment and ENJOY!
