Ingredients
- 2-3 kale leaves
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 16-ounce box of coconut water
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
Directions
- Rip the kale leaves and stem (the stem is a great source of fiber!) and place them in the NutriBullet,
- Cut the stems of broccoli and throw them in,
- Toss in the heads of broccoli,
- Slice the kiwifruit into 1/4 inch pieces and toss them in (again, leave the skin on for more fiber!),
- Break the banana and toss it on top,
- Add ALL of the coconut water to the cup before you put it on the stand (it will go down much easier this way, trust me!)
- Let the NutriBullet extract everything for about 45-60 seconds,
- Enjoy!
