1 Serving of Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Cups of Almond Milk
1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
Preparation Directions
- Pour almond milk into the blender to prevent ingredients from sticking to the bottom.
- Next add in the banana, avocado, spinach, chia seeds and the protein powder.
Turn the blender on, starting at a low speed and increase as needed.
