Working with a coach is a big investment. You need to partner with someone who can understand your current situation and where you want to go.

Being a health and wellness coach is something I fell into back in 2013, literally! Living in Philadelphia I decided to walk to my local library. I was halfway there when my sneaker got caught in a crack in the sidewalk and I fell on my knees.
Two weeks later my back gave out and I had uncontrollable muscle spasms. Sitting up took an agonizing 20 minutes! Slowly but surely I changed my eating habits to prevent gaining weight as I recovered. Fast forward six months and I had lost 30 pounds with NO EXERCISE!!
Since that time I’ve lost 80 pounds total. My mission is to help female entrepreneurs and other high level professionals e.g. doctors and lawyers create SUSTAINABLE lifestyle changes that make achieving their health and wellness goals possible with minimal sacrifice.
I believe the food we eat and our overall lifestyle should nourish our bodies. With whole and nutrient dense foods as the foundation of our meals, we can have the energy we need to have a fulfilling life, however you define it!
As a result, my approach to healthy eating and living does not include artificial chemical-laced powders, tonics or cleanses. Instead, we find ways to add more plants to your meals, making them more delicious and nutritious!
By adding more plants to your life, you won’t weigh in constantly or count calories to see results. Chronic issues like obesity, arthritis and diabetes can be mitigated through better nutrition!
This means diving in and doing the work of finding healthier ways to eat and move. Together, we will also untangle and minimize debilitating patterns that hold you back from achieving your best, happiest and healthiest self.
As a client, I’ll provide you with the knowledge and space to make decisions you are empowered by. Together, we facilitate positive change, and you’ll be supported throughout your journey.
I am here for you before, during, and after our coaching sessions because that’s when the real work is done! Clients also receive consistent tips, recipes and guidance to make sustainable improvements to their health and lifestyle.

Current
In 2007, I received bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wellesley College. Understanding psychology inside and out will help me explain why you make the choices you do. once we understand your decisions, we will work together to switch them out with healthier ones.
Future
Chronic Care Professional Certification
Chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure do not have to derail your life. Yes, they are serious conditions. No reasonable professional would deny that. Becoming a certified chronic care professional will enable me to partner with you and create a lifestyle where you THRIVE despite your condition!
My outlook is different. Working with me, you’ll create healthier habits that minimize the negative impacts of a chronic condition.
Top doctors from prestigious hospitals will teach me how to use behavior change theory and motivational interviewing to your benefit! Change is never easy, but with the right tools you can make the journey fun.
Master Level Nutrition Consultant
Beginning in June 2020 I will also begin training to be a certified master level nutrition consultant through the American Fitness Professionals Association. The program enhances my psychology background. Psychology explains where the habits stated. This program will teach me additional skills to guide you through your journey. Some of the skills include:
- Evaluate a client’s current health status, strengths, and overall wellness,
- Guide and facilitate a personalized course of action to hit your specific goals,
- Assist clients in working through the barriers to change behavior ,
- Teach you that health is not only solely dependent on diet and exercise, but also on supportive relationships, meaningful work, work/life balance, and spirituality.
Registered Dietitian
I am working closely with the the faculty at LaSalle University’s post-baccalaureate program in dietetics. Completing the necessary coursework and required dietetic internship to become a registered dietitian.
I work with successful female executives and entrepreneurs to create habits that promote optimal health and increased happiness.
You’ll learn how to love your favorite foods without developing an unhealthy obsession with calories or your food’s fat/carbohydrate content.
Together, we uncover changes to your lifestyle that are sustainable and enjoyable. You’ll gain the knowledge and skills to continue improving your health and wellness even after our partnership is over.
